The Impact Leadership Retreat is a three-day retreat for first-year students coordinated by the Office of Student Activities. Student involvement is key to your success at the University of Central Missouri and this retreat will jumpstart your college experience.
The retreat provides students with an opportunity to meet other incoming students, current students, faculty and staff. Participants will be led through the experience by a member of the Central Leadership Council. This elite group of experienced student leaders will provide valuable insight into life at UCM and connect you to ways to get involved beyond the retreat.
Participants of the Impact Leadership Retreat will:
- Learn more about UCM
- Explore who they are as leaders
- Develop important relationships with other students, faculty and staff
- Engage in interactive workshops and activities designed to be both educational and fun
- Participate in UCM traditions specific to the Impact Leadership Retreat
This year’s retreat will be held September 9-11, 2022. Activities will begin Friday afternoon and conclude on Sunday evening.
All events will be held on the UCM campus.
Registration is open for all first-year students at UCM. There is no charge for Impact, but registration is required. Please use the form below to register. Registrations must be received by Friday, September 2. If you have any questions about the experience, please email osa@ucmo.edu.
