The IMPACT Freshmen Leadership Retreat is a three-day retreat for first year incoming students. Student involvement in college is a prime indicator of success while on campus and into one’s career. Leadership is developed in many ways, including membership and holding positions in organizations, volunteerism and formal leadership programs.
