Access video versions of select Mental Fitness workshops through Blackboard. To enroll the first time open Blackboard then:
On future visits, Mental Fitness Online should automatically show up as an option on your My Community page (in the My Organizations box).
You'll receive credit on your Experience Transcript for any 5 Mental Fitness workshops completed in a year (August 1 to the following July 31) regardless of whether you take the courses online or in person.
