Strengthen your skills for managing life's challenges

These free, informal, interactive workshops are presented by the UCM Counseling Center and the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

Attend at least five workshops in a 12-month period and get credit on your UCM Experience Transcript!

December 2 & 3: Self Care

Attendance Information  

  • After each workshop you attend we'll send you proof of your attendance by email, which you can use to verify your participation for classes offering extra credit or requiring attendance.
  • When you complete at least five Mental Fitness workshops in a year, you can visit this page for instructions on adding your attendance at Mental Fitness workshops to your UCM Experience Transcript.
