First Destination Success Rates

These reports highlight UCM graduates six months after graduation on their First Destination Success (FDS). FDS can be defined as graduates who are actively engaged in work/educational experiences (full-time, part-time, military, volunteer/program of service, or continuing education). This information is shared with departments across campus and is vital to our university. Prospective students and families can gain knowledge by looking at major statistics. We are proud of our current 94% Undergraduate and 95% Graduate FDS rates (unique graduates) as well as our 95% Undergraduate and 97% Graduate satisfaction rates!

Please encourage students to complete their Graduate Follow-up Survey.
