2015-16 Performing Arts Series Season at UCM!

Celebrating the creative human spirit through music, dance,

theatre and the visual & multi-media arts

Join us at the Season Kick-Off Event, the Provost's Faculty Showcase,

"Passion From the Hart",

Wednesday, August 26, 7:30pm

in Hart Recital Hall.



This annual celebration, presented by the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences has become one of UCM's premier arts events.

With the theme of "Passion, Compassion", the audience will experience

as many as five musicians and dancers as they share their many talents

 in the intimacy of Hart Recital Hall,

while enjoying beautiful artwork from UCM's Gallery of Art & Design.


A limited # of tickets are available for this free event at the

Office of the Performing Arts in ADM 196,

the Department of Music in UTT 109,

and the Office of the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences

in Martin 126.


The public is invited to attend a free pre-concert presentation,

“Do You Hear What I Hear? – An Introductory Note”

at 6:30pm in UTT 100, presented by Lifelong Learning at UCM

Musicologist Dr. Allison Robbins, will give an explanatory prelude

to the music that will be played in the Provost’s Faculty Showcase.
