*Maintain position control by analyzing, coordinating, verifying and transferring funds for all faculty and staff positions in the Academic Affairs division. 
*Plan, prepare, document, and administer the annual faculty staffing plan. 

*Review funding to hire new faculty members. 

*Assist in managing, balancing, and submitting the fiscal year budget of Academic Affairs. 

*Organize and lead monthly meetings with Dean’s assistants. 

*Assist with campus-wide budget training. 

*Identify and create budget reports as needed. 

*Jointly administer, train, and oversee faculty load module with Assistant Director of Human Resources.  Provide technical assistance as needed.
