Institutional Strategic Goals

Proposals must support one of the institutional strategic goals (student success, growth with quality, sustainability and efficiency) or other campus initiatives such as the strategic positioning reasons to believe - engaged learning, future-focused academics, worldly perspective and culture of service. When writing your proposal, you need to include how your initiative supports one of the goals or other campus initiatives. Listed under each goal is a series of key performance indicators (KPIs). These are suggested ways to measure performance within a goal, but are not all encompassing.
