Mental Fitness for October 9 & 12: Mindful Eating

Posted: 10/6/2017 - Ever keep eating when you are full? Skip a meal because you are too busy? Both our physical and mental health are negatively impacted by “mindless” eating. This workshop will focus on the idea of mindful eating- becoming more aware of our food choices, habits, and bodily signals to improve our health.

WHEN: Monday & Thursday 3-4:30 pm (same content both days)
