LGBTQ+ Group Forming Now

Posted: 1/30/2018 - It will provide a safe environment in which to address a variety of issues (e.g., legal/cultural issues, coming out, spirituality, family relationships, depression, self-esteem, abuse, romantic relationships, identity development etc.).

Goals of the group include: reducing isolation, finding support and making changes. Students who want to resolve specific concerns as well as those seeking personal growth are welcome. This can be a good time to get peers’ perspectives on various issues, and to recognize that you are not alone.

*Open to the variety of self-defined identities along the gender & sexuality spectrums.

If you are interested in learning more and/or joining the group, please contact the Counseling Center by calling 660-543-4060 or stop by Humphreys 131 to schedule an initial consultation/group screening.

Group time/day TBD
