Mental Fitness for February 12 & 13: Perfectionism & Procrastination

Posted: 2/7/2018 - We all put pressures on ourselves to be successful. This workshop will focus on challenging our own perfectionism, exploring why we procrastinate, and tools to combat procrastination.
