Learning to a Greater Degree (LTAGD) is the University of Central Missouri’s commitment that we will be by your side, giving you all the resources and student support services you need to be successful. We will deliver superior academic support and advising. We will offer an exhilarating campus community with student activities and events—nearly every day. We will provide expanded living, dining and learning spaces. Everything at UCM is designed to enhance your student experience and help you accomplish your educational goals—on time.
The LTAGD contract isn’t a paper contract. It’s a commitment to help you graduate on time. UCM is the only public school in Missouri that offers you a financial incentive, the 15-to-Finish Scholarship, to keep you on track.
To meet your goals and be eligible for a $1,000 15-to-Finish scholarship, you must enroll in an average of 15 hours each semester, connect with your professors, meet with your advisor and live on campus for your first two years. Visit our FAQs page more details.
Reasons to Believe
LTAGD is supported by the four reasons to believe: Engaged learning, future-focused academics, worldly perspective and a culture of service.
How You Benefit
By participating in LTAGD, you’ll graduate on time with less debt. You’ll have a valuable degree that will make you competitive in the job market.
Learning to a Greater Degree Award
Each semester, one student and one faculty/staff member receive the LTAGD Award. You can nominate individuals for this award.
