Technology Management 2+2 BS

Become a Technology Manager

If you want to quickly finish your bachelor’s degree and get to work, this is the degree for you!

This program can prepare you for a professional career in industry. The program builds upon required technical courses for an associate degree in the field of applied science and technology. Thirty-eight semester hours of the degree transferred should apply toward the major and the remainder towards general education requirements for a four-year degree.

The Technology Management 2+2 (transfer) program curriculum concentrates on technical management courses that include current issues in industry, legal aspects, organizational dynamics, quality systems engineering, safety concerns, technical writing, and team problem solving.

In addition to these studies, as a transfer student you will also need to complete additional general education courses, which can be taken at any accredited two-year or four-year college or university, as long as they are equivalent to UCM’s courses.

Currently, we have program options in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Management, Construction, Networking, Quality Systems, Virtual Media and General Technology. 100% online completion capability is available only for the Management and General Technology options.

And if you need to complete your bachelor’s online, without ever stepping foot on campus, you can easily do this with the Management and General Technology option areas.

Applied Management and Technology

At UCM, Technology Managers learn best practices in both management and applied technology. Through classroom participation, and online efforts, students learn and exercise the tools of highly sought after technical professionals who manage.
