Foods Minor

Understanding Food for Its Value

This minor will provide you with foundational knowledge related to food science. Completing a minor does not prepare you for employment normally available for majors in Dietetics, and does not prepare a student for credentials associated with majors in Dietetics. UCM does not confer teacher certification for this minor.
