Dr. Xin Xing

Research Areas: Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Medical Imaging

Dr. Xing joined the University of Central Missouri as an Assistant Professor in Spring 2024. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science under the supervision of Dr. Nathan Jacobs and Dr. Ai-Ling Lin at the University of Kentucky. He earned his M.S. in Information Technology from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, and his B.S. degree from Shandong University, China.

Dr. Xing’s research interests include computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning, specifically image category, multimodal learning, and medical image analysis.
