When and where are classes taught?
Classes will be taught Monday and Tuesday evenings at the UCM Summit Center in Lee's Summit.
How long will it take me to complete the program?
The program is a 21-month program. Designed for working professionals, you will take two three-hour classes each Fall and Spring semester, and one three-hour class in the summer session. Take a look at the overview of the coursework for more details.

What is the deadline for application?
Because the program is designed for a learning cohort, early application is encouraged. Although the program may accept applicants until the start of the fall semester, later applicants run the risk of the cohort being full. Once the cohort is full, no additional applicants will be admitted to begin the program until the following fall semester.
How much will this program cost?
The MS in Ethical Strategic Leadership will cost you $431 per credit hour. It is one of the most affordable graduate degrees in the Kansas City area.
