Surplus Property - Accounting Services

Surplus Property is responsible for the disposal, redistribution, and sale of used equipment that UCM no longer uses.

UCM sells all surplus property through https://www.govdeals.com/, which is also available to the public. 

Surplus property may be used on campus for university use only. Faculty and staff can make an appointment Monday through Thursday, 7 am-4 pm, to come and view available items.

If a department identifies an item they could use on campus, they will need to transport it, or a work order will need to be entered so set-ups can pick it up and deliver it.
