  UCM Gala Event Features Hollywood Producer


The College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences and The UCM Foundation is hosting the gala event “From Warrensburg to Hollywood…And Back,” a journey from Rural Town to Tinsel Town with Hollywood Producer and Director Grant Curtis (Spider-Man Trilogy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, Oz the Great and Powerful, ESPN’s “Delaney”, The Gift), Wednesday, November 30, 7:00 p.m. in Highlander Theatre on the UCM campus. This red carpet affair is a fundraiser for the Hendricks Hall Renovation Project.

Curtis will show clips from his movies and will discuss his journey to becoming a successful Hollywood Producer and Director. This emceed event will also feature a Q&A session, followed by a Meet & Greet.

Photo Ops with special guests on the red carpet will be available prior to and following the event. A special reception with hors d’oeuvres and drinks and entertainment by The After Hours Trio will also be available for a limited number of patrons at 6 p.m. by purchasing a Backstage Pass.
