Graduate students who wish to apply to UCM should complete the graduate student online application.

International students who wish to apply to UCM should complete the international student online application.

Domestic (US citizen, permanent resident, DACA) undergraduate students should select one of the following to apply for admission.

Freshman

Apply as a freshman if you have not attempted any college coursework. Or, if you have attempted college coursework only during high school or the summer immediately following high school graduation.

Transfer

Apply as a transfer if you have graduated from high school (or completed GED/HiSET) and have attempted college work after the summer immediately following graduation (regardless of how few credits you have completed).

Readmit

Apply as a readmit if you previously attended UCM as a freshman or transfer student and want to return to complete your first undergraduate degree. If you were previously suspended/dismissed you must apply through the reinstatement process instead.

Dual Credit (High School)

Apply as dual credit if you are in high school and have signed up to take classes that earn both high school and college credit simultaneously. This includes students applying to the Missouri Innovation Campus (MIC) and those applying for college credit through Missouri Boys and Girls State. This is a non-degree seeking status and not eligible for financial aid.

Dual Admission (College)

Apply as dual admission (college) if you are taking classes at another college but plan to transfer to UCM in the future. This is typically used by students attending community colleges. This is a non-degree seeking status and not eligible for financial aid.

Visiting College

Apply as visiting college if you are pursuing your undergraduate degree elsewhere but want to take classes at UCM for one semester (such as summer) that you will transfer back to your home institution. This is a non-degree seeking status and not eligible for financial aid.

Visiting High School

Apply as visiting high school if you are in high school but have permission from your school to take classes at UCM. This is different than dual credit. This is a non-degree seeking status and not eligible for financial aid.

Post-baccalaureate

Apply as a post-baccalaureate if you have already received a bachelor's degree but plan to enroll in additional undergraduate classes toward the completion of another bachelor's degree or teacher certification.

Special Credit

If you do not fit into any of the other categories, apply as special credit. This includes students who wish to take classes simply to learn and those who are certificate seeking (excluding teacher certification). This is a non-degree seeking status and not eligible for financial aid.
