Posted: 10/19/2012 - Always process drops before 4pm on the last day to drop - that way if your computer acts up or if you have questions about the drop; you have time to call someone on campus for assistance with the drop. Keep in mind that if you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to drop any courses in MyCentral. You will need the assistance of your academic advisor, your department chair, or the Registrar’s Office to process the drop if you have a hold.
Also, be sure to print out every transaction you do or attempt to do online (add or drop) so that you have proof that you did or attempted to do something. Otherwise, the university has no "proof" that you attempted to drop the course in time.
