Mental Fitness for November 6 & 9: Mindfulness Meditation

Posted: 11/3/2017 - We can go through our day absorbed in our thoughts, worrying about the future or dwelling on the past. This workshop focuses on learning and practicing mindfulness skills, which help us to be in the present moment and experience our lives.

WHEN: Monday & Thursday 3-4:30 pm (same content both days)
