Our program uses an experiential learning approach to bring real business challenges into the classroom, so that you can practice the skills you need to make an impact in your organization. Program faculty incorporate management best practices as well as practical skills including quantitative analysis, effective communication, leadership, and teamwork. MBA graduates posess a skillset in strategic and fact-based decision making and are prepared to assume positions of leadership.

Admission to the MBA program is based on a combination of undergraduate GPA and a Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Exam (GRE) score.
A GMAT/GRE waiver may be considered if you have performed well in undergraduate quantitative courses (e.g. statistics, calculus) and meet one of the following criteria:
The MBA program follows a mini-mester system. The shortened semesters allow UCM to offer 6 start dates throughout the year. We're ready when you are! Our upcoming start dates are as follows:
Due to course offering schedules and visa requirements, international students seeking an F1 or J1 visa are eligible to apply for the January start date only. Other visa types apply for entry in any term.
