The assistant event coordinator certificate program is a blended course with 75 percent of the course taking place in an instructor-led classroom and 25 percent offered online. In addition to learning how to coordinate successful events, students participate in a holistic learning program that strengthens their ability to apply the related knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform at a high level in life and on the job. The curriculum addresses the Personal Effectiveness, Academic and Workplace Competencies of the DOL-ETA Competency Model Pyramid.
