Digital Literacy Certificate Program
Course prepares students for basic engagement in our digital world
The University of Central Missouri Digital Literacy Certificate program helps students engage in the digital world with instruction ranging from computer security/privacy to email to social networking. Students will learn the basics of computing, how to engage in a digital workplace and how to conduct computing basics at home. Through this course, students learn how to perform both basic computer and Internet tasks. Through this program, students earn an industry-recognized certificate and continuing education units which may not be applied to a degree program and are not eligible for federal financial aid.

This valuable course helps students strengthen their abilities in this important area. The program combines basic technical skills and basic career management skills to help you succeed. After completion of this class, participants will be prepared to take the Microsoft Digital Literacy Certificate exam.
