Paula Brant

Paula Brant has recently joined the Department of Nutrition, Kinesiology, and Health as Program Manager for Nutrition. Her duties include the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks in support of the Nutrition Program. Paula has a BSBA in Office Administration from the University of Central Missouri (UCM) and a master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration, also from UCM. Paula has 30 years of experience in higher education including 12 years in academic advising, with 6 years specifically for Dietetics majors.
