Dr. Ugo Mgbike

Dr. Ugo Mgbike is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Graduate Programs, Industrial Management at UCM. He has 30 years of industry experience and more than 18 years of teaching experience (Full & Part-time).
His areas of expertise include;

• Plant Operations and Maintenance Management: PM, PdM, FMEA, CMMS.
• Lean Manufacturing Tools, including Six Sigma, TPM (AM, FI, PM, QM, SHE, TLE, MS, IC), etc.
• Productivity Improvement: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen, SMED
• Change Management
• Cost Reduction and Quality Improvement
• Workplace Safety and Organization: 5S
• Project Management

Dr. Mgbike holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Indiana State University, a Master of Science, Industrial Technology & Management from the University of Central Missouri and is a Certified Senior Technology Manager (CSTM), Association of Technology, Management and Applied Engineering. (ATMAE)
