I am currently a Junior studying Kinesiology: Pre A.T. here at UCM. I originally started
off at William Jewell College playing football as a nursing major, but instead I wanted
to focus on school and find what I was most passionate about. I knew I wanted to pursue
a career in the medical field, but I wanted to have more connection to fitness and
athletes than nurses have. Therefore, I decided my goal was to become an athletic
trainer. I enjoy fitness and seeing people who want to improve every day. I’ve played
sports my whole life and grew up in a very active lifestyle, so motivating people
has always been a hobby of mine. I like helping people get better and push themselves
to be the best that they can be and live their life to their full potential. If you
think you have what it takes, you should come take one of my classes and get better.
Born and raised in Warrensburg, I am a Certified Athletic Trainer that specializes
in personal training, group fitness sessions, corrective and modified exercises, and
strength and conditioning emphasizing a patient oriented and goal centered style of
training. I graduated from UCM in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
and have worked with high school athletes in Ohio for the past 2 years. I am currently
taking classes at UCM to pursue being accepted into Physician Assistant school in
the spring of 2021.
I am a certified Personal Trainer that specializes in Strength and Conditioning, as
well as Personal Training. Over the last couple of years, I have worked with a large
variety of people in different countries and settings; ranging from professional athletes,
High School students, and College athletes; all the way to people of the general population
with different ages and physical conditions.
Growing up in Germany, I played Basketball at a very high level for a number of years,
and I am fascinated about everything that involves athletics and human performance.
I’m currently in pursuit of a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
I strongly believe that physical activity, as well as proper nutrition are key elements
towards living a healthy life and performing at a high level. I would be more than
happy to help you achieve your goals and get you where you want to be.
I am a Personal Trainer and in progress of a B.S. in Kinesiology here at UCM. I am
a junior and some of my hobbies include: Working out, learning, and helping others.
There are many versions to what living a healthy lifestyle looks like and others stand
out more than some. I believe that health is a component of wellness that should be
dealt with holistically.
I want you to be your best YOU!
I specialize in personal training and have been a NASM certified personal trainer
for a year now. I am a transfer student from MWSU and used to play college football
before suffering from an ACL tear. I am currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology
and plan to own a fitness and performance facility in the future. I am passionate
about personal growth and development in the clients that I am working with, along
with building new relationships through personal training!
