I am a fitness professional that specializes in personal training and strength conditioning.
I received my personal training certification through the International Sports Science
Association (ISSA). Before transferring to UCM I played three seasons of collegiate
football at Culver-Stockton College and Midland University. Upon transferring to UCM
I enlisted in the Missouri National Guard and joined the UCM Army ROTC program. I
will graduate in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and I
will commission as an active duty Infantry Officer in the United States Army
Born and raised in Warrensburg, I am a Certified Athletic Trainer that specializes
in personal training, group fitness sessions, corrective and modified exercises, and
strength and conditioning emphasizing a patient oriented and goal centered style of
training. I graduated from UCM in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
and have worked with high school athletes in Ohio for the past 2 years. I am currently
taking classes at UCM to pursue being accepted into Physician Assistant school in
the spring of 2021.
I am a certified Personal Trainer that specializes in Strength and Conditioning, as
well as Personal Training. Over the last couple of years, I have worked with a large
variety of people in different countries and settings; ranging from professional athletes,
High School students, and College athletes; all the way to people of the general population
with different ages and physical conditions.
Growing up in Germany, I played Basketball at a very high level for a number of years,
and I am fascinated about everything that involves athletics and human performance.
I’m currently in pursuit of a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
I strongly believe that physical activity, as well as proper nutrition are key elements
towards living a healthy life and performing at a high level. I would be more than
happy to help you achieve your goals and get you where you want to be.
I am a Personal Trainer and in progress of a B.S. in Kinesiology here at UCM. I am
a junior and some of my hobbies include: Working out, learning, and helping others.
There are many versions to what living a healthy lifestyle looks like and others stand
out more than some. I believe that health is a component of wellness that should be
dealt with holistically.
I want you to be your best YOU!
I am a very active mother of two. My passion for everything fitness is also my refuge
from everyday stress. I love working with my clients and celebrating every step of
their fitness journey . My own fitness journey started after delivering my first child
and discovering I was left with 70lbs of "baby" weight. I enjoy the challenge of figuring
out what motivates you to keep pushing forward. Developing a strategy to achieve your
personal goals. I have been a personal trainer for over two years now but I have been
in the fitness industry for over six years. I can't wait to help you get started!
