Training Philosophy: I believe that any time you step foot in the gym you should always give 100%. You are making yourself better with each and every rep so give it your all always! Some days will be better than others but it is how you respond to those bad days that makes you great. Whatever you decide your goal to be, I will always find a way to achieve that goal. I believe in positivity and no negative self-talk, because we are all great in our own ways!
Favorite Exercise: Chest Flys or Deadlifts
Fun Facts: I love sports, especially football and golf. I enjoy hunting and fishing whenever I can. I love reading books and playing my guitar as well.

Training Philosophy: I believe that if you put consistent effort into something you’ll see results and exercising is no different. If you’re trying to lose weight, or gain muscle it’s all about consistency, whether it’s with your diet, cardio, or lifting. As long as you’re consistent and you keep challenging your body you’ll see results.
Favorite Exercise: Running, Pull-ups, and V-ups
Fun Fact: I grew up playing sports, and played 3 sports throughout high school. Those were football, basketball, and volleyball. I have two cats, I play guitar and I have ten siblings.
