UCM Founders Day Birthday Bash

Founded in 1871, the University of Central Missouri is one of the oldest universities in the state and has helped students achieve success for more than 150 years. Students, faculty and staff are invited to celebrate UCM’s founding day each April with our annual Birthday Bash featuring events at both the Warrensburg and Lee’s Summit campuses!

LEE’S SUMMIT

Tuesday, April 28 | 10 a.m. to noon | MIC, 1101 NW Innovation Parkway

• Birthday cupcakes, cookies, fruit and veggies
• Music from KMUL 100.3 FM
• Caricature artists, games and 360° photo booth
• Homecoming theme voting stations
• Appearances by President Best, Mo the Mule and our live mule

WARRENSBURG

Wednesday, April 29 | 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. | UCM Quad

• Picnic lunch and birthday cake
• Music from UCM Bands and KMUL 100.3 FM
• Caricature artists, games and 360° photo booth
• Homecoming theme voting stations
• Appearances by President Best, Mo the Mule and our live mule

 

Free UCM hats will be handed out at each event while supplies last!

Plus, there will be voting stations where you can choose your favorite Homecoming theme for 2026,

and students graduating in May can pick up their first alumni T-shirt at the UCM Alumni Foundation tent.
