Professional Bio


Dr. Alex Pagnani is an Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Central Missouri. His primary research interests include giftedness, grade-skipping, collegiate early entrance programs, and the reading interests and habits of bright young men. He received his Ph.D. in 2011 from the University of Georgia and has authored over 10 publications in the gifted education field. He also loves sharing his current research findings with parents and teachers of the gifted and has offered nearly 40 conference presentations as a result. He currently lives in Lee’s Summit, MO, with his wife, son, and miniature schnauzer.
