Human Resources Assistant

Mrs. Dial assists cadets with their Army Human Resources paperwork and recordkeeping, such as cadet pay, cadet actions, security clearances, GoArmyEd, waivers, disenrollments, and other actions.

• With Cadet Command Army ROTC since 1998
• Served as Recruiting Operations Officer (1998-2001) and Human Resources Assistant (2001-current)
• Came to UCM from Wentworth Military Academcy & College when it closed in 2017

Personal:

Born and raised in St. Joseph, MO Graduated from Benton High School.  Married to Adam Dial (CW4 retired Army) and have 4 grown children, Ashley (graduated from UCM), Zach, Christy & Trent (who graduated & commissioned from UCM) and 4 granddaughters.
