SFC Garrett Rebstock

SFC Garrett Rebstock enlisted in the Active Duty Army in 2013 as a 19D Cavalry Scout. Upon completing One Station Unit Training (OSUT) and attending the U.S. Army Airborne School in Ft. Benning, GA, he was assigned to the 3^rd Squadron, 73^rd Cavalry Regiment (ABN) with the 82^nd Airborne Division. He served in the roles as a radio telephone operator (RTO), machine gunner, Team Leader, and a Scout Section Leader. He deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan in 2017 in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.

SFC Rebstock’s most recent assignment was as a Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant in 1^st BN, 23^rd IN, 1-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team. He served in the role for three years and conducted a Korean Rotational Force Deployment serving nine months in Camp Casey, Korea.

SFC Rebstock’s military education includes Basic Airborne Course, the Basic, Advanced, and Senior Leader’s Course, Combatives I & II, the Scout Leader Course, the Unit Movement Officer Course, and the Jumpmaster Course.
