The result of a positive relationship with a company that hires University of Central Missouri graduates, four UCM graduate students were recently awarded $1,000 scholarships from Chelsoft Solutions Company, a global professional information technology services company in Kansas City.

UCM Researchers Collaborate with Students in Developing Lipid Oxidation Index for Foods
With help from a $10,000 grant, Meera Penumetcha, Ph.D., assistant professor in the School of Nutrition, Kinesiology and Psychology, is leading a study at the University of Central Missouri that will help further the understanding of dietary oxidized lipids.
