Polychronis Receives UCM's J.P. Mees Outstanding Professional Staff Award
Paul Polychronis, Ph.D., director of the Counseling Center at the University of Central Missouri, was named the 2016 recipient of the J. P. Mees Outstanding Professional Staff Award during the Professional Staff Breakfast April 19 in the Elliott Student Union.

In the 21 years she has served the University of Central Missouri, Jo Lynne Koehn, Ph.D., has developed a reputation as an outstanding mentor and colleague to faculty members in the Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies with a passion for teaching that contributed to hundreds successful graduates. Such qualities haves contributed to her selection as recipient of the 2016 Byler Distinguished Faculty Award, the top honor presented annually to a UCM faculty member.

Josephine Diekemper, a dietetics major from Springfield, and David Rogers, a political science and international studies major from Warrensburg, recently were named the 2016 recipients of the University of Central Missouri’s prestigious Charno Award.
