Information such as tuition rates also were used to compare accredited and trusted programs.

According to Online Degree Prof, nursing will continue to be a valued profession with an expansive job market. Now more than ever employers are looking for nurses in valued fields such as health assessment, health policy, pharmacology, professional practice, community health nursing and more. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics, the demand for nurses is expected to rise 9% annually through 2030, creating an entire decade of demand for the field.  The increase in demand for nurses means an increase in demand for nurse education.
