You found a place to park, but now you probably need directions. The ESU Information Desk is located on the main level in the center atrium, and we are happy to help! Whether you need to know about campus, borrow a laptop, be reunited with something you’ve lost, or print your homework, the Information Desk is ready and waiting to assist you. Walk over to see us or call us at 660-543-4052 on Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
We’d love to help you find your way! The Information Desk staff are campus wayfinding experts and always willing to point you in the right direction. Need to know where to start?
Lost & Found Items
Not sure where to find what you’ve lost? Need to turn in that item you found? Head to the Lost and Found at the Elliott Student Union Information Desk. Any items that are turned in are kept in a secure location for up to 60 days or until claimed. We love to reunite owners with their lost items. It just makes our hearts happy.
There’s always something going on in the ESU. We host everything from meetings, to events, to community gatherings. Want to know what’s happening today?
Want to get online? We have eight computers in our lab and four laptops available for free checkout, all connected to the campus network and high-speed internet. You can get homework done or just go online to browse for fun. Want to print? Stop by our fast and friendly Print Stop or use our WEPA kiosk.
Do you need to print homework, concert tickets, or a life-changing cake in a mug recipe? We’ve got you covered. Pay with cash or Central Cash (money you load on your UCM ID) for black and white printing at the Print Stop on Monday thru Saturday and say hello to our Info Desk staff. If you prefer to print in color, use the WEPA printing kiosk any day of the week.
ESU Digital Signage
If you’ve walked through the ESU, you’ve probably noticed some great programs and resources being advertised on our digital signage. Campus organizations have the opportunity to have their advertising displayed on the ESU’s Digital Signage. Want to promote in the ESU too?
The ESU railings are a great place to promote outside the ESU to everyone passing by. We can hang your organization's or department’s banner for all to see. Are you in?
Banners must be from a registered student organization or department. They must be professionally made of vinyl, nylon or other approved material with eyelets for hanging. Due to weather conditions, grommets and wind pockets are suggested. Banners need to be hung with ties or cords, not tape. They must be 2' by 4' (2 feet high and 4 feet wide). Banners may be displayed for a maximum of two weeks. Hand-made banners are not permitted.
