To put in a request, contact your building manager, contact the Service Operations Center at ext. 4331 or via email using the link below.

Reporting Facilities Maintenance & Repair Service Requests Guidance:

Routine/Normal Maintenance Request

Emergency Maintenance Requests

During regular hours of operation, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, UCM Students, Faculty, and Employees may:

  • Dial (660) 543-4331 to report concerns or issues to the FPO Main Office.

  • Submit an online request (links above) for non emergency services anytime.

  • Email Facilities for non emergent work orders only (email account checked periodically, follow Emergency Maintenance Request guidance for time sensitive requests).

Emergency Request Examples:

  • Water is on the floor from an active leak.
  • Electricity is off or not working in multiple areas.
  • The smell of natural gas is detected.
  • The air conditioning or heat is off.
  • Dial (660) 543-4331 to report concerns or issues to the FPO Main Office.

During after hours of operation, Monday through Friday, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 am, Saturday and Sunday, UCM Students, Faculty, and Employees may:

  • Dial (660) 543-4331.  Please leave a detailed voice message; it will be reviewed the next business day.
  • Submit an online request (links above) for non-emergency services.
  • Call Public Safety at (660) 543-4123; they will determine if the emergency maintenance response staff needs to be notified.
