Holly Weiss

Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University, a Master of Science in Higher Education Student Affairs from Fort Hays, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Prior to joining UCM, Holly served as an associate attorney with a litigation firm in Kansas City, Missouri. As Assistant General Counsel and Policy Director she provides advice to individuals acting on behalf of the university on a full array of legal issues involving higher education, such as contracts, student privacy rights, free speech, open records, employment, due process, and more.
