The Board of Governors of the University of Central Missouri strives to provide the most effective and efficient means of curricular support possible.
A. The president of the university is responsible for the efficient operation of Textbook Services as an Auxiliary Enterprise without financial subsidy from the current general fund.
B. The president of the university is authorized to approve textbook rental charges as deemed necessary for the operation of Textbook Services.
C. Textbook rental charges are not to be included in the announced statement of mandatory fees.
