International Graduate Admissions

Admissions Application Review - A Two Step Process

Admission to a graduate program at UCM is a two-part process.

  • First, you must meet the minimum requirements for UCM Graduate Studies.
    • If you do not meet the minimum requirements, you will not be approved for the next step.
    • If you meet the requirements for Graduate Studies, then your application will be forwarded to your applied academic department for review. The applied academic department will review the application according to departmental requirements and make an admissions decision.

Academic Department Requirements

Specific academic programs within UCM Graduate Studies often have additional requirements for admissions. Examples of additional requirements are: standardized tests - such as GRE or GMAT, higher minimum GPA requirements, letters of recommendation, and/or a statement of purpose.

To review program specific requirements for Graduate Studies at UCM:

  • Find your selected program on the following webpage: UCM Master's Programs.
  • Select 'view courses' in the upper righthand corner of the selected program's webpage to view details for that program.
