Registration is required to gain access to the Ebid system and submit responses. We recommend completing your registration at least five days prior to the closing of the bid opportunity to allow time for reviewing and submitting your response prior to the deadline to ensure all required responses have been completed. Incomplete responses will be rejected by the system.
