Copying and Digital Duplicating

We offer high-speed and high-quality copying service, in color or black and white.  Course documents, flyers, letters, mail inserts and small booklets are produced economically and quickly within our facility.

Our equipment is capable of stapling, hole punching, folding and booklet making.  We offer a variety of stocks and keep a complete inventory of colored and specialty papers, including certificate borders and tabs.

What is the difference between copying and printing?

It's more than just price!  The difference is quality and speed, plus the defining factor of quantity.  If you need something today – or perhaps under 500 of something for tomorrow – copying is the preferred method.  However, if you need 2,000 of something and it is needed in a few days or might have a lot of photographs, we would suggest the traditional printing process.  We normally suggest anything over 1,000 in quantity be put through the printing process.  Comparatively, you receive a higher quality product at a lower cost.

Why shouldn’t I just copy this in my office?

In most cases, the cost per copy on a smaller machine is more than the cost in our facility.  We suggest that run lengths over 50-100 can be produced more economically through our service.

Signage, Banners, Posters, and Name Badges

We offer:

  • full color printing, provide proofs.
  • estimates prior to printing when requested.
  • vinyl cutting.
  • laminating equipment.
  • name badges, desk plates.
  • indoor signage.
  • posters.
  • pull-up and free-standing displays.

As with all of our work, we ensure that University colors, logos, and specifications meet the University's Branding Guidelines.

If you need a name badge, desk or door plate or other simple engraving, these can be processed by filling out the “Plastic Engraving Form” available below.

With growing concerns about confidentiality and the laws and regulations behind the handling of sensitive documents, the complete destruction of documents is an issue for all departments on campus.  To assist with this, we have a large industrial shredder, capable of processing large volumes of materials more efficiently than a smaller office-type shredder or wastebasket cross-cut machine.

We provide pickup of your shredding, either on an as-needed basis or at scheduled intervals.
