UCM’s MBA in General Business gives you a broad understanding of how organizations operate while building the leadership, communication and analytical skills needed to make effective business decisions.

Your MBA coursework will strengthen your knowledge across key areas of business while helping you learn to evaluate information, solve complex problems and communicate recommendations. Courses include topics such as:

  • Marketing Strategy: Explore how organizations develop marketing strategies and use customer and market information to make business decisions.
  • Legal Aspects of Business Decisions: Build a framework for recognizing legal and ethical issues and making responsible decisions that support organizational goals.
