Online Orientation
Below is a link to begin the online orientation. This virtual orientation offers pertinent information for newly admitted online-only students.
Getting Started Checklist
- I know my student ID number (also known as your 700#). Need help?
- I have accessed MyCentral. Need help?
- Within MyCentral, I have clicked on the Student Services tab where I also:
- Viewed my "Student Detailed Schedule" (must choose semester and submit) to confirm accuracy and start dates.
- Ordered my textbooks.
- Checked on my financial aid.
- Paid my bill.
- Accessed my degree audit.
- I know my Blackboard username and password. Need help?
- I know how to access Blackboard for my online courses.
- I have met the browser and plugin requirements for Blackboard.
- I can access Google Apps@UCM (also known as your UCM student email).
- I know how to contact my instructors.
- I know how to access UCM's JCK Library without being on campus.
Remember, some online courses may not be available on Blackboard until the first day of class.
