Charlene Atkins

Dr. Charlene Atkins earned her BSE in Business Education and MS Educational Technology from UCM. She earned her MS in Mathematics from Montana State University and her PhD in Mathematics Education from Kansas State University. With 15 years teaching mathematics, Dr. Atkins brings relevant experience to the classroom. Her teaching, research, and service foci encompass the intersections of mathematics education, teacher education, and instructional technology. She stays current on innovative curriculum delivery, helping future educators remain competitive in today’s cutting-edge classrooms. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, horseback riding, and volleyball.
