Kristina Schuler

Dr. Kristina Schuler earned her BS in Elementary Education from UCM, her MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Baker University, her EdS in Curriculum Leadership from William Woods, and her EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She has taught in both private and public schools, bringing over 25 years of elementary education experience to the University. She is currently the Program Coordinator for the MSE Elementary Curriculum and Instruction program and also teaches social studies and science as part of the Intermediate Junior Block. Her research interests are in training pre-service educators as well as the researching the fundamentals of lesson planning. In her spare time, Dr. Schuler enjoys going out to dinner with friends and playing with her dogs and grand-dogs.
