A native Missourian, Dr. Michael Pantleo earned his BS in Electricity/Electronic Technology, MS in Industrial/Vocational/Technical Education, and EdS in CTE Leadership, all from the University of Central Missouri. Dr. Pantleo earned his EdD in P-20 and Community Leadership from Murray State University. Prior to coming to UCM, Michael worked for five years as a CTE Electronics Teacher, seven years as an Assistant CTE Director and 15 years as a CTE Director. He also taught courses for UCM as an adjunct instructor before coming to the University full time. His research interests include the development of state-wide, common CTE program curriculum and assessments as well as the validation of CTE program effectiveness. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, spending time at the lake with family, and traveling both in and out of the US.
