Dr. Azevedo earned his Ph.D. in economics from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Dr. Azevedo teaches principles of macroeconomics, principles of microeconomics, intermediate microeconomics, natural resource economics, and international economics. Areas of research interest include nonmarket valuation, sports economics and the determinants of grit.
