Whether they serve at nearby Whiteman Air Force Base or across the globe, men and women in the United States Air Force who are pursuing an associate degree can now apply their Air Force college credit toward an online Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Central Missouri.

Return With Purpose, a free workshop that will help military personnel and veterans identify barriers in order to make a smooth transition from active duty to civilian life and career planning, is offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at the University of Central Missouri. Registration is being accepted through July 25 for this one-day session, which takes place in Room 101 of the Elliott Student Union.

The University of Central Missouri wants to help by offering a free Return With Purpose workshop for active duty military personnel, veterans, National Guard members, reservists, and military spouses, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 21, in Elliott Student Union 101.
