Traffic Adjustments Announced for UCM Kickoff Move-In on Aug. 13

The University of Central Missouri (UCM) will welcome nearly 1,000 new students and their families to campus Thursday, Aug. 13, as part of UCM Kickoff, marking the start of the fall semester.

Students, faculty and staff at the University of Central Missouri (UCM) spent the second half of their summer hosting and attending professional development workshops, engaging with young learners through educational camps and bringing home national awards. From a middle school camp for Nature Detectives to numerous recognitions for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, our Mules and Jennies have been busy this offseason.

S&P Global Ratings Adjusts University of Central Missouri Revenue Bond Rating to 'A' with Stable Outlook Amid Capital Investments

S&P Global Ratings has adjusted its long-term credit rating on the Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority’s educational facilities revenue bonds (series 2018A, 2018B, and 2023) issued for the University of Central Missouri (UCM) to 'A' from 'A+'. Concurrently, S&P assigned an 'A' long-term rating to the university's planned new 2026 series educational facilities revenue bonds. The outlook for all ratings remains stable.
