FAME: Tailoring the Next Generation of Fashion and Apparel Professionals
Throughout their University of Central Missouri experience, students seek not only an education but an academic area where high-caliber faculty members will engage them in meaningful hands-on experiences that will better prepare them for successful careers. For many students, the Fashion and Apparel Merchandising major, as a part of the School of Technology, provides such an opportunity.

Missouri Girls State Includes Visit from Governor, Other State Elected Officials
Continuing a tradition that has taken place on the University of Central Missouri campus since 1998, high school girls from across the state will converge on UCM the week beginning Sunday, June 20, to participate in the American Legion Auxiliary Missouri Girls State.

Board Names 2021-2022 Officers, Acts on State Appropriations Requests
Capital and operating appropriations requests for Fiscal Year 2023, contracts related to Multipurpose Building roof improvements, transportation services, and electronic door security enhancements were among action items approved by the University of Central Missouri Board of Governors during its June 10 plenary session.
